Shipping Information

We offer two shipping options to cater to your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The cost is $12.95, and your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery times for free shipping are 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped. We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas in Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimates
  • Swimwear (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)

Returns & Exchanges Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the return address and any necessary forms.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include all tags and accessories. Ship the item to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you opted for an exchange, the new item will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
